A bakery in the Ghetto on the community's kosher list, which lists its dairy products as both halav Israel and akum (chalav Yisrael and not), Israeli and French salami, parve sweets and pat Israel.
The Comunità Ebraica di Venezia's Accoglienza Casher page lists Ba'Ghetto Venezia and Panetteria Volpe and names no certifying authority; Chabad of Venice's own site lists GAM GAM and gam gam goodies and describes their supervision in its own words, as each listing notes. The Jewish Traveler has established a certification for none of them.
