At the main entrance of the Ghetto by the Guglie bridge (vaporetto 4.2 or 5.2, Guglie stop). Listed on Chabad of Venice's own site, which says it is under Lubavitch supervision. Sunday and weekday reservations by phone or in person, not by email; Shabbat meals by reservation through Chabad of Venice, and Shabbat take-away until three hours before Shabbat on Friday.
The Comunità Ebraica di Venezia's Accoglienza Casher page lists Ba'Ghetto Venezia and Panetteria Volpe and names no certifying authority; Chabad of Venice's own site lists GAM GAM and gam gam goodies and describes their supervision in its own words, as each listing notes. The Jewish Traveler has established a certification for none of them.
